Having opened Mozilla clicking on the 'Minimize' icon minimizes the program but
it then immediately restores itself to normal screen view. If I hit F11 twice
(up to full screen and back) the problem goes away and I can minimize normally.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open
2.minimize
3.

Actual Results:  Mozilla minimized and immediately restored itself to normal
screen view.

Expected Results:  Should have stayed minimized
