User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0 Build ID: 20170824053622 Steps to reproduce: I was submitting an assignment through the coursera editor. Actual results: When I pressed ctrl+left it went to the first character and pressing ctrl+right acts like End and goes to the end of the line. Expected results: It should have gone to the previous or the next word depending on the arrow key pressed

Mudasir, could you provide URL (or course?) of coursera editor?
Flags: needinfo?(muddi900)
You'll have to login, add a course and then enter an assignment. I have tried it on Chrome, and it works like any other textbox . I can provide you with a URL but unless you are logged in and enroll in the course. Thank you

The Coursera website is so broken when it comes to Firefox.
I don't know where to begin with.
I don't know how I can help by issuing bug reports.

ETP is disabled.
DOH is disabled.

But also we have problems like:

  • Playing videos comes in different directions where a part of the page blocks the view.
Users have to zoom out of the page
    or
Readjust by scrolling until you reach the "acceptable" cropped video (top and bottom of the video).

  • Applying for Financial Aid, wherein in the second stage (Step 2), you can't give any user input on questions like, "How does this course help with your goals?".

So many weird stuff that goes on when it comes to Firefox + Coursera.

You need to log in before you can comment on or make changes to this bug.
