Details

On installing rc1 and launching mail, was unable to select inbox (or trash, local folders, news, etc..). Pulled down Edit->Preferences and Edit->Mail and News Account Settings, unable to select a Catagory.
Duplicate of "Preferences UI, Mailnews Tree, Bookmark manager don't work after installing over 0.9.9". Uninstalling and reinstalling should fix this problem, if I understand the bug correctly. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 135017 ***
