This bug was filed from the Socorro interface and is 
report bp-31417620-4926-4344-b36c-46ef00170831.

There are 24 crashes in nightly 57 with buildid 20170830100224. In analyzing the backtrace, the regression may have been introduced by patch [1] to fix bug 1353868.

This is an intentional change to an unreleased feature on Nightly. Folks just need to re-add their PWA shortcuts.

In a 2017-08-31 nightly, after deleting and re-creating my only PWA shortcut, I am still getting this crash whenever I open the shortcut.

I can no longer reproduce this after upgrading to the 2017-09-01 nightly.
