13959 - combobox picking weird defaults

linux, apprunner. I'm making changes to my bugs, and keep getting a "you changed
 the product" error.  The combobox is displaying "Browser" but selecting it
shows another selection, like "NSPR". This doesn't happen for every bug that I
change, maybe 40% of the time.
