We are much slower on https://jrmuizel.github.io/perf-tests/motion-mark-tagged-images-still.html than Servo is. I suspect this is because of too much clipping.

I suspect this is a good enough. I'll do a recording and see but it certainly doesn't need to block dogfooding anymore.
