Tentatively assigning to Kohei but it might be devops issues, feel free to reassign. When a new release note is added, it gets added to the release notes ATOM feed before it is available on the HTML page itself. People clicking to the release note link in their news reader to get to the page do not see the new item. STR: 1/ Go to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/nightly/notes/feed/ when a new note just got added 2/ click on the latest news item ER: Go to the release notes html page at the right anchor for the new iteam such as: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/57.0a1/releasenotes/#note-787244 AR: You get to the release notes but the new item is not available. Publishing the note should be simultaneous for both html and xml content or the xml feed should be updated only when the html content is available.
I've also realized the issue. Will figure out why.

The fix is live. Let's check it next time a new Nightly note is added.
