Do we know if this is a regression from 55?

I cannot reproduce this on Debian with the latest m-c. The animation video does pause briefly while the page repaints at the higher zoom level, but then continues playing.
In any case, since this concerns full-zoom it's not an APZ issue.
Component: Panning and Zooming → Layout
Tested on Ubuntu 16.04 x64 and could not reproduce it on Beta 56.0b9.
Reproducible on Beta 50.0b9 and Beta 56.0b9 on Mac OS x 10.12. (please note that is reproducible only with ski video)
