Minimized screenshot of bug under Windows NT.
Make the sidebar visible (modern layout).
Resize it so that "Tabs" (in Sidebar) can only be partly read.
Open 2 tabbed windows in browser (may be empty).
Draw mouse over the "Tabs" field.
The appearance of the bug is not influenced by the size of the mozilla window.

Not a tabbed browser bug.

i see this on XP 2002042403.
Resize sidebar so only half of the word "tabs" is visible.
Then mouse over the tabs button: Part of text and underline appears on right
side of splitter, stretching into tabbed browsers area.
Similar: bug 136159, bug 120702. This may be a case where bug 120702 is extra
visible.

i still see this on 2002061408 win2k. confirming.
