Details

We're working with partners on reactivating Firefox users and have determined that the -migration parameter is ignored if we specify EnableProfileMigrator=0. These two parameters should not be mutually exclusive. EnableProfileMigrator is about displaying the migration from other browsers at startup. -migration is about migrating from Firefox to Firefox.
