139707 - error no recipients specified when they actually are...

when replying to e.g. a mailinglist message, you normally do a reply to all,
this resulting in the actual sender having the to:, and the adres for the
mailinglist having the cc:... when changing as following, i remove the to:, and
change the cc: into a to: then i get the follwoning error:

"Sending of message failed. No recipients were specified. Please enter a
recipient or newsgroup in the addressing area"

while, i HAVE a to: adresse! trying to resubmit the addresses by selecting them,
and pressing enter does not work.
