Steps to reproduce:
1. Install the latest Firefox nightly for Android(57) on Nexus 5
2. Launch the Firefox and got to youtube.com
3. Tap on a video to start playing it
Actual results:
There is no cast icon on the address bar or on the video player
Expected results:
Could see a cast icon and tap on it.
