From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020417 BuildID: 2002041711 If you check out the msdn library, and you look at the border of the nav bar in IE, it is thick and blue, but when viewed in Mozilla, it is just a thin black line. This is not a huge issue, I just hope it will allow you to further your browser enhancements. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Goto the website to see what I mean. 2. 3. Actual Results: the nav frame bar was not properly displayed, it was just a black line Expected Results: display the nav bar as a thich blue, and slight 3D line. Just goto the site to see what I am talking about.

The thing is, the site specifies a 1px border.... Still not sure why IE renders it so wide. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 109576 ***
