During startup after an upgrade or a hardware change, a test is launched that check that we properly draw a 32x64 red canvas as well as properly painting a decoded video.

The result of this test is silent, but the consequences of failing that test is serious: hardware video decoding will be disabled, which are strong performance impact.

We should have a mochitest ensuring that the test behaves according to expectations and that should it fail due to change we notice the problem immediately.
