Like in the old times of Eudora on MAC, it would be useful to be able to apply
the filters, not only on incoming messages, but also on outgoing messages and
also manually (a menu item should allow the user to select a filter to apply and
a folder to apply the filter to).

There would need a way, in the filters definition dialog, to say if the filter
has to be applied to outgoing or incoming streams.
