NSS uses NO_SYSINFO and we can move RTLD_NOLOAD to NSS. After that, we will be able to remove android_stub.h as android's hack .

Comment on attachment 8958736 [details] Bug 1398051 - Remove android_stub.h. https://reviewboard.mozilla.org/r/227652/#review233438 I don't see a blocking bug for addressing the `NO_SYSINFO` bits that you mentioned in the initial bug filing. Has that been taken care of elsewhere? r=me assuming that it has.
