I noticed that Nav and IE both do not include the CRLF in content-length
calculations, so I changed our calculations to also not include the CRLF (we
were)

I also noticed that both Nav and IE append a CRLF after the post data, and that
this CRLF is also not included in the content-length total.  For example:

Content-length: 5<CRLF>
<CRLF>
abcde<CRLF>

I'm working on a pseudo proxy server to make tracing this kinda thing a bit
easier...  (~pollmann/bin/httproxy, works like:
"http://blueviper:8002/www.yahoo.com" loads up yahoo.com)
