When attempting to add a mail message filter, the option is not available under the help systems suggested location (edit menu): 1. Open the Edit menu and choose Message Filters. It's located under the Tools menu.
The help menu is going to be updated. When, I don't know, but I'm sure Robin is working on it currently.
Taking this. This is fixed in the ns branch and trunk builds as of this week. Not yet checked in to the mozilla builds.
