Quote: "The dropdown arrow appears in the right-most available position when the mouse is hovering the URL bar."

Currently, the dropdown is shown when the mouse is hovering the whole button bar or the tab bar space having actual tabs. This behavior is inherited from Australis when there was two distinct state/visual for the dropdown whether the mouse was hovering the chrome or the URL bar specifically.

I can confirm it.

Now, drop down Awesomebar arrow appears also on hover on:
- foreground tab in Tab Bar
- background tabs in Tab Bar
- buttons on left of Address/Location/URL Bar
- buttons on right of Address/Location/URL Bar
- Bookmarks Toolbar
when it should only appear when user hover only Address/Location/URL Bar.

Drop down Awesomebar arrow not appears on hover on:
- free space in Tab Bar
- separator on left side of Hamburger (Menu) button
