Update 1st screen of Import Wizard and Account import screen to match spec.

I'm about to attach a patch which will update numerous items:

1) Wording in the 1st paragraph of the introductory screen to the Import Wizard.
2) Text and ordering of the radio buttons on this screen.
3) In the dialog that was formely chosen by the 'Settings' radio-button (now 
renamed to 'Account'), I've changed the text that appears outside of the white 
area for:
Eudora
Outlook
Outlook Express 

to match the spec, when selection is made on each.

This patch has problems.  In particular, the Import text itself, I have to
remember to check what we currently do (just mail or address books, too, for
Outlook Express, others)

Looks like bug 139797 can be covered (ie, subset) by this bug. Stephen, if you
agree can you mark 139797 a dup of this one (so that we only have to deal with
one bug)? Thanks.

Cavin - although my patch will cover bug 139797 when it's checked in, the
problem is my patch is faulty, and makes some assumptions that wording changes
alone will address Jennifer's specs.  I'm under the impression that my wording
changes would probably have to be accompanied by architecture changes.

And, it makes sense to check in the easy, safe fix soon ;-)
