Rich is a Netscape employee who, among other things, works on the LDAP C SDK
code that is on mozilla.org. He needs a CVS account.

Rich will have to fill out the form, which can be found at 
http://mozilla.org/hacking/form.html. If he is seeking cvs write access he will 
need a voucher and super reviewers. It would be helpful to attach patches he has 
worked on to this bug.

The form has been faxed.  Please let me know if you do not receive it.
I will also send you the hard copy original via interoffice mail.
I would like Rich to have write access. He will only be working on the LDAP C
SDK code (under mozilla/directory/c-sdk). I can vouch for him, as can mhein
probably. Does a Super Reviewer need to vouch for him also?
If he's only going to be checking in to the LDAP C SDK partition, then he
doesn't need a super-reviewer voucher.
Form received. Per my discussion with dmose, it is OK to flip the switch for 
Rich providing that he limits his checkins to the LDAP C SDK area. Thanks.
