code that is on mozilla.org. He needs a CVS account.

Rich will have to fill out the form, which can be found at 
http://mozilla.org/hacking/form.html. If he is seeking cvs write access he will 
need a voucher and super reviewers. It would be helpful to attach patches he has 
worked on to this bug.

I would like Rich to have write access. He will only be working on the LDAP C
SDK code (under mozilla/directory/c-sdk). I can vouch for him, as can mhein
probably. Does a Super Reviewer need to vouch for him also?

If he's only going to be checking in to the LDAP C SDK partition, then he
doesn't need a super-reviewer voucher.

Form received. Per my discussion with dmose, it is OK to flip the switch for 
Rich providing that he limits his checkins to the LDAP C SDK area. Thanks.
