I am using Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 2 OS, and Mozilla 1.0 Release Candidate 1. I found 1. Enable Quick Launch from Preferences. 2. Click OK, and quick launch icon will show up in Windows tray bar. 3. Exit the program and exit the quick launch by right click the icon, and exit. 4. Restart the program (mail or broswer). 5. The Quick Launch icon will not come back to the Windows tray bar. Thanks

Song, I cannot reproduce that here....not sure which is your systray from the screen shot. Using your steps with the RC1.0 build, as soon as I launch a second time, Mozilla shows in my systray- (on my system it is lower left with the clock)
1. My Windows task bar in on top of screen in the screen shot. It didn't make any different when put it to botton of screen. Same steps... 2. In my second screen shot, it appears in the right top corner, and this was done after step 2. 3. If you exit whole program with Control + Q and use mouse right click the tray icon, and exit mozilla. 4. It doesn't come back when I reopen the email or broswer by click icon on my desktop. 5. It does start quick launch when I restart windows. I am using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020417 Any better?

Can anyone reproduce this with a current build? The 'duplicates' I've seen are getting resolved as wfm with recent builds.

qawanted. I'm getting reports of NS70pr1 users seeing this too.

I saw this upon first upgrading from 6.2 on my dad's computer. After reinstalling and deleting localstore.rdf, it worked.
