Rolling out scriptworker 5.2.1 to report intermittent-task on exit code -11. That should auto-retry in taskcluster up to max_retries (5).

It's been almost a year since we've seen these intermittents, I think it's safe to WONTFIX for now. Will reopen if we have to.
