Steps to reproduce:
Firefox Trunk 57.0a1 (2017-09-11) (64-Bit)
macOS 10.12.6
1.) Shrink a window, so that the vertical and the horizontal scrollbar are visible
2.) Use Trackpad/Magic Mouse to scroll a bit by leaving the finger on it
Actual results:
It is not possible to scroll straight ahead with the Trackpad/Magic Mouse.
Expected results:
Scrolling is too sensible. Compare it with Safari or Chrome.

Moving to Widget:Cocoa. The request is to have the scroll gesture more closely match Safari's horizontal/vertical thresholds. Page Layout is already correct.
