1398918 - a few positional reftests fail when run on windows 10

we have been moving our windows 8 tests to windows 10, for reftest there are no problems, but there are a series of problems with reftest-no-accel.

that is 5 in total, they all seem to be font related as if one is slightly adjusted or bolder than the other- at least that is my interpretation of the reftest viewer.

I had adjusted the fuzzy-if statements in bug 1398910 and these are now running on windows10, do we want to do anything else here, or just close the bug?
