1398919 - 3 tests are failing when running in reftest-no-accel mode on windows 10 instead of windows 8

we are working on getting all of our tests running in windows 10 instead of windows 8.  This is on hardware, the same hardware as windows 8.  Reftests are running just fine, but the reftest-no-accel have a few failures.

shows the differences, in the last failures size-1.html, I see a different font for the 2 in 1234.

:jet, sorry to bother you again- is there someone who knows form controls who could look at these specific windows 10 failures?

I had adjusted the fuzzy-if statements in bug 1398910 and these are now running on windows10, do we want to do anything else here, or just close the bug?
