Pre - requisites:
 
From Settings -> Tracking Protection select:

- Use Tracking Protection -> Always On
- Block List -> Basic

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a 'New Tab'
2. Go to https://www.emag.ro/ 
3. Check the top slider

Actual results:
- The slider is not loading and it's not tappble

Expected results:
- With Basic Block List selected I would expect this slider to be displayed. Only Strict Block List should break elements on websites.

- Firefox Focus
- Safari with Focus Blocklist

Firefox Focus has the same behaviour. Marking as invalid.
