Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox Nightly (I used 2017-09-10 build).
2. Notice the borders of bar are slightly curved.
3. Hover over any right-most icon in address bar; such as 3-dot menu, reader icon, extension, etc.;. While hovering, notice that the right most edge of address bar is no longer curved.


Actual results:

While hovering on right-most icon on address bar the right most edge of bar no longer remained curved.


Expected results:

While hovering on right-most icon on address bar the right most edge of bar should still have retained curved borders.
