[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Fx
2. Add a new credit card profile under Saved Credit Cards
3. Navigate to the checkout page of a site (tested with bestbuy)
4. Double click the Card Number field to trigger the autofill
5. Observe the profile suggestions window

[Expected result]:
"Form Autofill Options" button should be displayed under the profile suggestions

[Actual result]:
"Form Autofill Preferences" is displayed under the profile suggestions on MacOS


[Regression range]:Not regression

Note: According to the visual mocks, "Form Autofill Options" should be displayed for credit card suggestions screen

"Options" is always used on Windows and Linux. "Preferences" is correct on macOS. We try to match the OS and what we call the settings in the rest of the UI.
