1399487 - Heroku openwebgames.com apps (owg, owg-stage, owg-dev) unowned?

As part of bug 1250950 I've just removed the following users from {owg, owg-stage, owg-dev} for failing to enable 2FA after being emailed about it previously in June:

hola at bonfirered dot com
tobius.miller at gmail dot com

This leaves no collaborators/members set on any of those three apps:

In addition:
* the linked github repo 404s (https://github.com/tobius/openwebgames) -- though perhaps it's a private repo?
* the last deploy/change activity was July/August 2016
* the stage and dev apps have received absolutely zero web traffic in the last 7 days
* the prod app (owg) is receiving only a small amount of traffic

The prod app has a custom domain set of:
https://www.openwebgames.com

Does anyone know about these apps?

Yes - these are part of the Open Web Games program. We are the in process of updating the site to maintain a presence. Right now we should add Jukka Jylanki as owner from our side as he'll be doing work. NIing him as well.

I have been emailing people in the past month about getting access to these heroku sites, but my inquiries have gone unanswered. Do you have access to give my Heroku account [e-mail] credentials to this site? That account should be 2FA enabled. Thanks!

Yup, I can sort that for you. This Bugzilla component is the best way to get Heroku admin actions performed fwiw.

Please can you confirm you have Heroku 2FA set up on that account?

Ah sorry missed the 2FA mention in comment 2.

I've added you to all three apps, with all permissions including `manage` (so you'll be able to add other users as required).
