STR:
- Head over to https://tools.taskcluster.net/worker-types/aws-provisioner-v1
- Click the Table button to view the worker-types in a tabular layout
- Refresh the URL

Expected The refreshed page shows the table layout
Actual: The refreshed page shows the grid layout

Also, it would be nice to have the sorting settings retained as well.

Another feature to add is to retain search queries. If one searches for "gecko" to filter out unwanted worker-types, refreshing should show the same filtered list.

The worker type dashboard should now persist grid/table layout, search queries and orderBy options when refreshed.
