First of all you'd need to verify if this bug is still there in Nightly, selecting Telugu as language.

ok , shall I have to build something else? than mozilla-central?

You don't have to build anything:
1) Check the build, verify if error is still present
2) Find the string here, suggest it

3) Wait for a translator/manager to approve the suggestion
4) Test the next build, once suggestion is approved

As said, this is not a normal bug involving code.

Screenshot has "పేజీలో వెతకండి", which is a correct translation.

Also regarding expected output suggested, the word "వెతకండి" is more common than "శోధించండి". I would say there is no bug here.
