Please include password manager Debug Logging: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Toolkit:Password_Manager/Debugging

There are many reasons, some are:
* Site changed their form action
* Wrong field was detected as the username (e.g. some hidden one)
* You're in a private window

I have the same problem.
Firefox password manager saves username/password on url: https://verified.capitalone.com/sic-ui/#/esignin?Product=Card,
but Firefox does not auto-fill those credentials.

When will this bug of many months be fixed? Chrome has no problem auto-filling the credentials for this website.

If this can be fixed in Firefox I'd like to start using it again. It's frustrating that no one is looking at this.
