Currently, the Firefox logo is in-flow of the page and scrolls up when the page is scrolled. The logo should float in place like the setting gear in the right-hand corner.

I have reproduced this bug with Nightly 57.0a1 (2017-09-14) on Windows 8.1 , 64 Bit ! This bug's fix is Verified with latest Nightly 57.0a1 ! Build ID 20170917100334 User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0 [bugday-20170913]
I have verified that this is fixed on today's nightly.

I reproduced this issue using Fx 57.0a1 (build ID: 20171013042429), on Windows 10 x64. I verified this issue using Fx 57.0b8 on Windows 10 x64 , Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and mac OS X . I can confirm this issue is fixed.
