0) With talkback enabled...
1) Open fennec
2) Open the history home pnael
3) Open the bookmarks home panel

Expected: bookmarks and items in that panel are announced
Actual: "Clear browsing history, button" is announced

If I had to guess, I'd say this is because maybe we clear the adapter so focus moves from the list, down to the clear browsing history button, and then focus moves to the bookmarks view.

Note that after doing this once, opening the history pane should be enough to announce, "Clear browsing history, 3 of 3".
