140012 - Attachment list is unscrollable when message opened in new window

On my machine, attachment list is usually enough to show 2.5 lines.

1) In 3-pane view, message preview window contains attachment list, which is
scrollable and works fine. 

2) Open message in a separate window (right click/Open message in new window):
- if the message contains at least 3 attachments, then attachment list is NOT
scrollable,
or
- if the message contains at least 4 attachments, then attachment list IS
scrollable,
 
and the following is happening:

1. Pressing 'Down' moves selector to second attachment; ...; pressing 'down'
moves selector to last attachment, list is not scrolled to show fully name of
last attachment and name of the first attachment disappears (showing blank line).

2. From the first attachment, pressing 'Page down' moves selector to second
attachment; ...; pressing 'page down' almost at the end of the list does not
move selector any farther (i.e. to the last item) even though there are still items.

If there is more space (header has more fields to show), and all attachments can
be show on screen, 'Page down' still moves selector to next to last attachment
and no farther.

3. Clicking by mouse moves selector to all items and nothing disappears as in
(1.) though list is not scrolled as well to show names fully.


For me, it seems to be a problem of setting height of listbox and scrolling
according to it.

With the latest Win32 build (2002042506), attachment list in preview window
works different for first time and later:

At first time after opening mail window, attachment list works the same as is
and was in separate window, i.e. not showing scroll bar and first item is
disappearing.

At second time, etc., it works fine again.

Closing mail window and opening it again, or just going to another folder and
returning back resets the situation and could be reproduced again.

Yes, I still can reproduce it with the latest (2002112304) nightly trunk build
on WinXP.
