Apparently Cisco Spark ignores the fact that Fx offers a second video m-section with a=bundle-only and sends an answer without any bundle indication. To make matter worse apparently they even succeed in giving Fx ICE candidates for that transport level which should not exist. We should throw an error if the answerer tries to unbundle a bundle-only m-section.
