Affected platforms: Mac OS Affected versions: Tested on Nightly 57.0a1(2017-09-14) Steps to reproduce: 1. Pin a tab Actual result: The dimension of the active pin tab is 38px. Expected result: The dimension of the active pin tab should be 40px.

This is expected for now. We're drawing the left and right borders as part of the tab, so the tab looks a bit narrower but it's really 40 px wide.
