if you add a search engine without a icon built in, the icon doesn't display in the dropdown on about:home. You get a security error on the console:
Security Error: Content at about:home may not load or link to chrome://mozapps/skin/places/defaultFavicon.svg.
Also, we use a magnifying glass for the default engine icon, but the icon we're trying to load here is the globe. That's odd.

This is an edge case. Nice to have, but probably not likely to have. P5.

about:home now redirects to the address bar, so I think this is WFM. Mike, do you agree?
