OrangeFactor robot is about to say that this hit a bunch of times on Try - safe to ignore that comment - user error. It's happened once so far AFAICT.
All the objects that hold nsHtml5OwningUTF16Buffer have leak logging themselves, so it's weird that none of the potential owner objects shows up in the leak log.
marking as stockwell unknown so we can acknowledge the spike, but not triage it.
