This got filed into the cache component because the first thing in the list of leaking objects is cache stuff, but I believe the cache leaks are just permaleaks (bug 1404486). If you look at the actual logs, the interesting additional stuff that is pushing this over the leak threshold is all compositor stuff. Fortunately this doesn't seem to have actually happened recently.
