Some minor improvements on the job group expand/collapse (+/-) icon can be made to reduce the markup and ensure the tooltip appears when hovering over all regions of the button, not just the text which is currently the case.

This bug represents that tweak, and a couple of sentence case tooltip tweaks nearby.
