Details

I was accessing a page with a slow script enough that it was promoted to a Top Sites (or maybe a Highlights?). As a result, opening a new tab occasionally shows me a slow script dialog as it loads that page in the background. This happens even when my new tab page is empty (all features unselected). At a minimum, I would expect there to be no slow-script dialogs for background renders.
