Details

Using 20020423branch if you add a cert for signing and encrypting mail then go
to Account Settings an selecting a cert for the Signing option only, you will
fail to send. You will get a message that "Sending of message failed. You
specified that this message should be digitally signed, but the application
either failed to find an encryption certificate to include in the signed
message, or the certificate has expired."

1. Launch app
2. Import a cert for signing and encrypting mail messages
3. In Account Settings enable the Digital Signing check box by selecting a cert.
(don't select a cert for encryption)
4. Launch mail and send a message, sending fails see error msg above.

Result: Sending fails see error msg above
Expected: I should be able to send a Signed only message because I have
correctly selected a cert to do that.
