140082 - Password dialog loses focus if Mozilla switched to background

When prompted for a web password, switching Mozilla to the background and
returning Mozilla to the foreground appears to lock the User Name & Password
fields.  The user field, initially focused, loses this focus, and will not
permit entry (even if clicked upon).  Ditto for password.  The "Password
Manager..." checkbox can still be toggled.  There is a time factor: leaving
Mozilla in the background for less than 5-10 seconds seems to keep focus.  This
is also the method I use to restore focus when it has been lost.

This bug would be encountered "in real life" if a user had to look up his
password in some other application or text file.  He would switch Mozilla to the
background and look for the user name or password, possibly copying it to the
clipboard.  Upon returning to Mozilla, he would find the dialog box no longer
accepts input: not good.  

This bug seems to have something in common with #136903, but since that's filed
as an unconfirmed IMAP problem, I thought I'd start anew. 

I can replicate this all the time, both other areas of the browser interface may
also be plagued by a variant of the bug.  For example, I can get focus problems
(on occasion) with this very Bugzilla textbox entry field!  Haven't found a
pattern yet, so this is staying focused on the password dialog.
