Talos has detected a Firefox performance regression from push:

As author of one of the patches included in that push, we need your help to address this regression.

Bill, can you look over this tscrollx regression, as I see you are the owner of bug 1397956. Is this something we can improve or should we accept?

Bug 1397956 was a backout of bug 1384336, so I think a regression isn't too surprising, and we just have to take it.
