Seen via the following job, we do not have any DEBUG nor TRACE log lines added to the log for a certain amount of time: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=131903494&repo=mozilla-inbound&lineNumber=933 When you scroll further down those lines are visible. But then Firefox already got restarted a couple of times.
I would like to see if I can replicate that issue with a one click loaner, but I'm not able anymore to find the documentation in how to request one. Rob, could you help me please with a link? Thanks.

https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReleaseEngineering/How_To/Self_Provision_a_TaskCluster_Windows_Instance there have been some issues with loaners lately. holler on irc if anything doesn't work. one caveat is that the gpg url needs to return a plain text signature without html around the sig (until i fix that).
