Right now we have telemetry for "Components" accessed from content.  It shows, for release 55, that 5% of sessions have accessed Components at some point.

That's a pretty high number, unfortunately.  I wonder whether it would make sense to add telemetry for Components.interfaces and/or the things hanging off it too.

Also whether it would make sense to have a document usecounter here in addition to the global flag, so we have some idea of how common these accesses are...
