[triage] Hey Mike - there are only eng resources for critical issues on the core team and without more concrete steps to reproduce, I'm afraid this won't get worked on. As such, I'm moving it to your component so you can work on it if you like.

If you have more concrete steps, I can re-eval it again - please leave a NI for me or put it in one of my components.

fwiw, the traces file isn't useful to front-end Android devs, which is likely where the problem is occurring because ANRs are generated by blocking the main thread.
