1401386 - Changing device name in System Settings not picked up by FxA

Saw this in today's sync fest.

STR:
- login into sync. Ensure device shows up in FxA devices list
- in Settings -> General -> About, change device name
- observe that this change is not picked up by the browser. FxA device name is not updated

In addition to picking up the changed device name, there is no way to modify the Sync device name from within Firefox for iOS and use a Sync-specific name, instead of the device name. I'm not sure if this needs a separate bug, but it a functionality available on desktop in about:preferences#sync.
